As with an artist profile, there are identifiers you can select. This will help artists to search for broadcasters by area, or presenters who for identify a particular way, eg:  LGBTQIA+ / or First Nations, and may host specialist programs to align with that identity.

Select your radio station. If it’s not there, check first if it's listed under its station name and not the call sign, or email us at amrap@cbaa.org.au

Fill in your program details.

When you first log in, you’ll need to select your station again. This is to verify your account is affiliated with a licensed community radio station. If you do not see your station in the dropdown menu of options, please contact AMRAP. A reminder that internet radio stations or overseas stations are not eligible.

I have a Broadcaster account - now what?

Start browsing music! The quickest way to get started is to click on the music tab, which will feature the most recently released tracks at the top of the page. The further you scroll, the older the releases.

You’ll be able to see the name of the release, the artist who created it, the type (single/ EP / album) and if the track is marked as explicit. Broadcasters should note that while AMRAP takes all care to list explicit tracks, it is first and foremost the responsibility of the artist to do so. Broadcasters should listen to all music they download from AMRAP before any airplay to ensure there are no issues.

Both the Music and Artist tabs have filters that can be selected. Where you can search for music/artist by identify, genre or location.

How To Download Music

Once you have located a track that you wish to download for your programming purposes, click on the white circle located on the left hand side of the release name and cover art. When clicked on successfully the circle will appear filled.

Towards the top of the results listed on the page, the download button that was greyed out, will now be a selectable option.

(With music track selection)

When the download button is selected, you'll be asked if you'd like to either 'Download Now', or 'Download Later'. If 'Download Now' is selected.

You'll have the ability to either download the track(s) you want in one go via either a a lossless .wav file or a lossy .mp3 - an .mp3 file will always be a high-resolution 320bit-rate .mp3

Download later will generate an email to your user email address, with a download button that you can access in your own time. Again, either as a .wav or an .mp3
