Within the Artist profile options will be the Airplay tab.

Select a date range, from Past 7 Days, Past 30 Days or Past 12 Months and a bar chart showing your airplay by station will appear.

You can look at this graph by period of the day it was played by selecting the “Daypart” chart at the top left of the initial bar chart.

You can select an individual track or station to filter these charts by using the dropdown menus at the top right of the bar chart.

A table will appear below the chart populated for all tracks played during the period.

You can download a more detailed version of this table report to Excel, using the “Download Reports” button above the bar chart. This report includes detail about each individual play for an Artist profile in the period:

  1. The name of the track played.

  1. The local time the track was played.

  1. The station name.

  1. The state of the play and the ‘daypart’ grouped time of day of the play.

Be aware of the following limitations regarding AMRAP airplay reporting

  1. Over 80% of the duration of a track must be matched to be seen in this reporting.

  1. Only tracks uploaded to AMRAP can be seen in this reporting.

  1. Tracks will only show results after they are approved and available on the AMRAP site, they cannot be matched retrospectively.

  1. Only tracks uploaded to AMRAP’s site after 1 November 2024 will show in reporting. Past 1 November 2025, only tracks uploaded in the past twelve months (rolling) will be monitored.

  1. Presenters playing tracks at changed tempos, or talking over large portions of the track can impact the service’s ability to make matches.

AMRAP airplay reporting relies on matching ‘audio fingerprints’ to live radio. Sometimes our service is unable to monitor a particular station for any number of reasons. If AMRAP is unable to monitor a station for any period of time, the results for that period will not be available.
